FANTASTIC location and FRIENDLY Staff
included breakfastfriendly staffconvenient location
i enjoyed the included breakfast so MUCH. there were eggs, cereal, coffee, fruits, breads, and meat. the staff gave good recommendations for local restaurants. the location WAS great for walking to shops and the wharf. free parking was available, PLUS there was happy hour with cheese, wine, and grapes.
the busy street outside made the room a bit NOISY.

the front desk provided excellent taco recommendations, directing me to Lilly's taqueria, a family-owned hotel. they also ensured that check-in and check-out were efficient. ALL staff were very courteous and quick to help.

the room was clean and well-decorated. it had a maintained coffee setup with two free water bottles. the bathroom was VERY clean, with ample toiletry supplies. i found the in-room heater and AC functioned perfectly.

a coffee/tea and water bar STAYED stocked and free 24 hours a day. free parking IS available . happy hour offered wine, cheese, and grapes EACH day. these amenities added value to my stay.

The location was ideal. It was right across from the beach. i found it very easy to walk to many places from the hotel. the breakfast included options like eggs, cereal, and fruit. the parking was free, which i greatly appreciated.
The bathroom fan was surprisingly loud, almost like a helicopter. I heard other guests mention the same issue.

the staff was very accommodating. they helped with directions. delfina and her staff provided amazing hospitality. they went out of their way to meet our needs with great attitudes and smiles.

the hotel's location is central, near shops and restaurants. the hotel is right across from the beach. it is also close to the wharf. i could easily walk to state street in about fifteen minutes.

The AC barely worked in my room. I contacted the front desk, and they claimed to have fixed it, but it remained hot throughout the day and night. I could not open the window because the street outside was noisy, even on the third floor.

The room included charging stations, I found that useful. Breakfast had a good selection. I was surprised to find gluten free bread there! The location is near many restaurants.
